For Young People

A space that’s yours

For young people aged 13–21 who may be figuring out who you are and where you are going.

Growing up can be noisy with expectations, pressures, questions you don’t quite know how to ask yet, and lots of answers that feel unreachable. Sometimes what you need most is a space that’s your own. Somewhere you can think loudly, say the things that are still only taking shape, and be met without judgment.

At Koodu, that is exactly what is on offer. A consistent, confidential and chill space where you can pause, and figure things out. Maybe you are navigating questions of who you are, what you want to do, feeling big emotions or numbness, facing tricky relationships, or something you can’t quite name. We work at your speed, in ways that feel right for you.

Sometimes that means talking. Sometimes it means drawing. Working with music, writing, playing, moving, or simply being.

You don’t have to be in crisis to come here (but if you feel super overwhelmed, that’s ok too!). You don’t have to know exactly what you need. If you need a space to decompress, be you, and work through stuff you are experiencing, you are very

welcome here.
