For Institutions and Spaces of Learning

Working with young people and adults in the places where they live, learn, and grow.

Koodu is my practice. A space for personal and collective flourishing, grounded in narrative therapy, sociology, and years of work with young people and adults in educational and community settings. I offer a range of services for institutions who want to take the wellbeing of their communities seriously; not as a programme to be delivered, but as a relationship to be built.

What Koodu Offers

GROAT — Small Group Wellbeing Programme

Small Group Wellbeing Programme: GROAT (The Greatest Relationship of All Time) is a weekly small group for young people aged 13–21. A consistent, confidential, and non-labelling space where we are led by young people’s questions. GROAT is not a rigid curriculum or a clinical intervention. It is where young people can think, make, move, and be heard, at their own pace. Full programme details available on request.

One-to-One Sessions

If anyone in your community requires individual support through or beyond GROAT, you are welcome to refer them to my individual sessions independently. If clinical support is needed, I will say so clearly and can help facilitate a referral.

Workshops and Community Sessions

Koodu offers bespoke workshops for staff, parents, and community groups on wellbeing, identity, communication across difference, and building cultures of care. Previous workshops have included sessions for school principals, corporate and teaching staff teams, and community fellowships.

How It Works

I work alongside your institution, not independently of it. From the start I establish two-way communication with teachers, bring parents in as collaborators, and adapt everything to the specific context and needs of your community.

What I offer is a practice grounded in real training, shaped by years of experience, and built around the particular people in front of me.
