Some people come to Koodu in the middle of major flux; a relationship ending or changing, a job that feels like a giant underwhelm, or a life that no longer fits the person living it. Sometimes they come with something older and harder to name; a sense of not quite belonging, and of having shaped themselves around everyone else’s needs for so long that they’ve lost the thread back to themselves.
At Koodu, we do the work to slow down, to listen carefully to your own stories, and to begin to understand who you are and what you really want. I draw on narrative therapy, somatic awareness, and creative practice to hold a space that is yours, where you can bring everything to the table.
